I was thinking how we seem to elaborate when we are not satisfied with some services contracted. I thought I would spend just a minute to highlight the issues that I thought were perfectly executed by you and your company:
- Empathy with the person moving - excellent, very calming and at the same time moving suggestions and the process forward when required.
- Staff - excellent, a tribute to whatever training is provided.
- Communication - excellent...it is a big relief to all family members involved knowing that the person they are dealing with is on top of every detail, and updated with those details.
I guess the biggest compliment may be is that when the day was over, I was thinking of what may have been done differently to have made the day easier for my Mother.....I could think of nothing.
We may have the opportunity to cross paths again as the next stages of leaving [our family home] begin. If we do, I look forward to that opportunity. Hi Kate: It couldn't have gone better!! Your cleaners did an excellent job and I said to Bette when I quit about 4:00 PM ( I work union hours now), the house has not been this clean since we moved in, even the cellar was vacuumed!! I have added some more to the dumpster and if they had brought the 15 yard unit, it would be completely full now.
